Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Dem Beschwerdeführer wurden mit Verfügungen vom 26. Juni 2009 und 21. Juli 2009 Fristen angesetzt bis zum 14. Juli 2009 und 31. August 2009, um dem Bundesgericht einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 1'000.-- einzuzahlen, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Der Kostenvorschuss wurde innert Frist nicht geleistet. Auf die Beschwerde ist androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
