Faits:

Dans sa séance du 28 septembre 2007, la Cour de cassation pénale du Tribunal cantonal vaudois a rejeté le recours de X.________ contre une décision du Service pénitentiaire ordonnant l'interruption du travail d'intérêt général et l'exécution du solde de la peine, soit 30 jours d'emprisonnement.

En bref, la Cour cantonale a constaté des manquements répétés imputables au condamné dans l'exécution du travail assigné et a considéré que son attitude, sur la durée, démontrait une mauvaise volonté évidente.
B.
Le condamné saisit le Tribunal fédéral d'un recours tendant implicitement à l'annulation de l'arrêt du 28 septembre 2007 et à la poursuite de son travail d'intérêt général. En résumé, il explique les raisons de ses absences et estime avoir droit à une vie professionnelle, malgré son erreur de jeunesse. Il invoque formellement la violation du droit, y compris l'excès et l'abus du pouvoir d'appréciation et la constatation inexacte des faits pertinents.

Considérant en droit:

Selon l'art. 108 al. 1 let. b LTF, le Président de la Cour décide en procédure simplifiée de ne pas entrer en matière sur les recours dont la motivation est manifestement insuffisante. Les motifs doivent exposer succinctement en quoi l'acte attaqué viole le droit (art. 42 al. 2 LTF).

En l'espèce, le recourant se limite à des explications sur les manquements constatés mais ne les conteste pas. Cette motivation est trop imprécise pour démontrer en quoi la décision attaquée violerait le droit. Certes, il invoque des violations de celui-ci mais il ne tient aucun compte des considérants de l'autorité précédente.

Dès lors, le recours est irrecevable.

Le recourant supporte les frais (art. 66 al. 1 LTF).

Par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.
2.
Un émolument judiciaire de 500 fr. est mis à la charge du recourant.
3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué au recourant et au Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud, Cour de cassation pénale.
