Considérant en fait et en droit:

Aux termes de l'art. 100 al. 1 LTF, le recours contre une décision doit être déposé devant le Tribunal fédéral dans les trente jours qui suivent la notification de l'expédition complète. En l'espèce, le recourant a reçu notification de l'arrêt attaqué le 21 août 2012. Pour recourir, il disposait d'un délai échéant le jeudi 20 septembre 2012 (cf. art. 100 et art. 44 ss LTF). Posté le 17 novembre 2012, son recours est tardif et irrecevable. Il peut être écarté en application de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF.

Le recourant, qui succombe, supportera les frais de justice (cf. art. 66 al. 1 LTF), réduits à 800 fr. s'agissant d'un arrêt rendu par Juge unique.
Par ces motifs, le Juge unique prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 800 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.
3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et au Tribunal cantonal du canton de Fribourg, Cour d'appel pénal.
