A merely appellative recitation of one’s own version of the facts is insufficient. Where the appeal manifestly lacks the required reasoning, the court may issue a non-entry decision in summary procedure. Free legal aid under Art. 64 BGG is denied if the proceedings are hopeless; court costs are charged to the unsuccessful party under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG, absent grounds for reduction.

Beschwerde gegen die Verfügung des Kantonsgerichts von Graubünden, I. Strafkammer, vom 19. Juni 2013.
Das Kantonsgericht von Graubünden wies am 19. Juni 2013 ein Revisionsgesuch ab, soweit es darauf eintrat, weil der Beschwerdeführer keine neuen erheblichen Tatsachen oder Beweismittel, welche dem Richter zur Zeit der früheren Verurteilung nicht bekannt waren, namhaft gemacht und insbesondere nicht begründet hatte, weshalb und aufgrund welcher neuen, erheblichen Tatsachen oder Beweismittel die früheren Urteile fehlerhaft sein sollten (Verfügung S. 4). In seiner Eingabe beim Bundesgericht schildert der Beschwerdeführer einfach seine Sicht der Angelegenheit, ohne dass er sich mit der angefochtenen Verfügung befassen und darlegen würde, weshalb diese seiner Ansicht nach gegen das Recht verstossen sollte. Da er dies unterlässt, und das Bundesgericht sich materiell mit der früheren Verurteilung nicht befassen kann, genügt die Beschwerde den Anforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG nicht. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren aussichtslos erschienen. Da sich der Beschwerdeführer zu seinen finanziellen Verhältnissen nicht äussert und dazu auch der angefochtenen Verfügung nichts zu entnehmen ist, kommt eine Reduktion der Gerichtskosten nicht in Betracht.
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht von Graubünden, I. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
