X.________ Inc. withdrew its appeal to the Federal Supreme Court against the Geneva Court of Justice judgment concerning confiscation. The single judge took note of the withdrawal, ordered the case struck from the docket under Art. 32(2) LTF, and decided that no court costs would be levied. The request for legal aid became moot. The order was communicated to the parties and to the cantonal appellate criminal chamber.

que, par lettre du 18 janvier 2013, la société X.________ Inc. a déclaré retirer le recours qu'elle avait interjeté au Tribunal fédéral contre l'arrêt rendu le 14 octobre 2012 par la Chambre pénale d'appel et de révision de la Cour de justice du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Genève,
qu'il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais,
que, dans ces circonstances, la requête d'assistance judiciaire devient sans objet.
Par ces motifs, le Juge unique ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle.
2.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour de justice du canton de Genève, Chambre pénale d'appel et de révision.
