Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass auf eine Strafanzeige gegen eine Amtsperson wegen Vorwürfen, die im Zusammenhang mit deren Amtstätigkeit stehen, nicht eingetreten und im angefochtenen Entscheid eine dagegen gerichtete Beschwerde abgewiesen wurden. Wie der Beschwerdeführer seit dem Urteil 6B_407/2007 vom 16. August 2007 weiss, ist er als Geschädigter zur Beschwerde nicht legitimiert. Soweit er eine Verletzung von Verfahrensgarantien rügt (Beschwerde S. 1), erläutert er dies in der Begründung mit keinem Wort, so dass die Beschwerde insoweit den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht genügt. Er verkennt offenbar, dass die von ihm einzig behandelte Frage, ob seine Strafanzeige grundlos erfolgte oder nicht, mit seinen Verfahrensgarantien nichts zu tun hat. Und schliesslich kann sich das Bundesgericht im vorliegenden Verfahren, in welchem es um einen angefochtenen Entscheid vom 22. Oktober 2007 geht, mit einem Ausstandsbegehren vom 12. November 2007 von vornherein nicht befassen (Beschwerde S. 7). Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das Gesuch um unentgeltlichen Rechtsbeistand kann als Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege im Sinne von Art. 64 BGG entgegengenommen werden. Es ist abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren aussichtslos erschienen. Zudem macht der Beschwerdeführer nicht geltend, er sei bedürftig.
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
3.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 800.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
