Beschwerde gegen das Urteil des Obergerichts des Kantons Solothurn, Strafkammer, vom 12. August 2013.
Das Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn verurteilte den Beschwerdeführer am 12. August 2013 wegen Überschreitens der innerorts geltenden Höchstgeschwindigkeit zu einer Busse von Fr. 120.-- bzw. einer Ersatzfreiheitsstrafe von zwei Tagen. Während der Beschwerdeführer im kantonalen Verfahren die Radarkontrolle als unfair und die Bestrafung eines einfachen Bürgers, der nicht Diplomat ist, als ungerecht bezeichnete (angefochtenes Urteil S. 4 E. 2), bestreitet er vor Bundesgericht, einen expliziten Vorsatz, die Geschwindigkeit zu überschreiten, gehabt zu haben. Zu dieser neuen Behauptung wurde er nicht erst durch den angefochtenen Entscheid veranlasst, weshalb das Vorbringen unzulässig ist (Art. 99 Abs. 1 BGG). Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das nachträglich gestellte Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren aussichtslos erschienen. Der finanziellen Lage des Beschwerdeführers, der nur die AHV bezieht (angefochtenes Urteil S. 5 E. 4), ist bei der Bemessung der Gerichtskosten Rechnung zu tragen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
