Das Bundesgericht zieht in Erwägung:

Der vorliegende Fall ist mit dem im Verfahren 6B_848/2010 behandelten identisch, ausser dass es heute um eine Fahrt vom 17. Mai 2010 geht. Es kann vollumfänglich auf das im Urteil vom 18. November 2010 Gesagte verwiesen werden. Die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 109 BGG abzuweisen, soweit darauf einzutreten ist.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Auch auf E. 3 des Urteils 6B_848/2010 vom 18. November 2010 kann verwiesen werden.
Demnach erkennt das Bundesgericht:
1.
Die Beschwerde wird abgewiesen, soweit darauf einzutreten ist.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Anklagekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
