The Federal Supreme Court considered a second request to revise its judgment 6B_381/2013. Zweites Revisionsgesuch in Bezug auf das Urteil des Schweizerischen Bundesgerichts 6B_381/2013 vom 14. Mai 2013.
Das Bundesgericht trat am 14. Mai 2013 auf eine Beschwerde des Gesuchstellers nicht ein (Verfahren 6B_381/2013). Ein erstes dagegen gerichtetes Revisionsgesuch des Gesuchstellers wurde am 22. Juli 2013 abgewiesen (Verfahren 6F_8/2013).
Am 1. September 2013 wandte sich der Gesuchsteller erneut ans Bundesgericht. Er verlangt "die Revision von 6B_381/2013" (S. 2). Das Gesuch ist an die Bundesgerichtskasse gerichtet. Diese ist indessen zur Entgegennahme und Behandlung von Revisionsgesuchen nicht zuständig, sondern im vorliegenden Fall die Strafrechtliche Abteilung.
Das Gesuch enthält einen ungebührlichen Inhalt und verdient keinen Rechtsschutz. Es beruht auf querulatorischer Prozessführung. Darauf ist nicht einzutreten (Art. 42 Abs. 7 BGG).
Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Gesuchsteller aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Der Gesuchsteller wird darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass das Bundesgericht weitere trölerische Eingaben in dieser Sache ohne Antwort ablegen wird.
Auf das Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Gesuchsteller auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Schaffhausen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
