The applicant withdrew his request for interpretation and rectification of Federal Supreme Court judgment 6B_587/2012. The Criminal Law Court took note of the withdrawal, struck the case from the docket under Art. 32(2) LTF, and ordered that no judicial fees be charged. The order was communicated to the parties and to the Cantonal Court of Appeal in Vaud.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of an interpretation request; striking the cause from the roll. Where the appellant withdraws the request, the Federal Supreme Court takes note of the withdrawal and removes the matter from the docket without entering into the merits. qu'il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais.
Il est pris acte du retrait de la requête en interprétation et l'affaire 6G_2/2013 est rayée du rôle.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour d'appel pénale du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
