Martin Stoll filed two federal revision requests against earlier Federal Supreme Court judgments. By letter of 7 February 2008, he withdrew both requests. The President of the Kassationshof therefore struck the revision requests from the docket and ordered that no costs be levied. The order was communicated to the parties, the Zurich High Court, the Federal Office of Justice, and the Swiss Federal Prosecutor's Office.
Withdrawal of a revision request before the Federal Supreme Court; once the applicant withdraws the application, the proceedings are removed from the docket and, absent special reasons, no court costs are levied. Demnach verfügt der Präsident:

Die Revisionsgesuche werden vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, dem Bundesamt für Justiz, Vertretung der Schweiz vor dem EGMR, und der Schweizerische Bundesanwaltschaft schriftlich mitgeteilt.
