The Federal Supreme Court held that the appeal against the Federal Administrative Court’s non-entry decision in an invalidity-insurance matter was filed after expiry of the 30-day deadline and also failed to satisfy the formal requirements for an appeal. It therefore did not enter into the matter under the simplified procedure. Because of the circumstances, the court waived the collection of court costs.
Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG, Art. 42 Abs. 1 and 2 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a and b BGG; lateness and manifest formal defects justify non-entry in simplified proceedings. An appeal filed after expiry of the statutory time limit is inadmissible; independently, an appeal that does not meet the mandatory content requirements is also manifestly inadmissible. Where both grounds are present, the court may decide without exchange of submissions under Art. 108 BGG. Under Art. 66 Abs. 1 sentence 2 BGG, court costs may be waived in light of the circumstances.

in die nach Erlass der Verfügung des Bundesgerichts vom 13. Februar 2012 betreffend fehlende Beilage (vorinstanzlicher Entscheid) am 12. März 2012 (Poststempel) erfolgte Nachreichung des angefochtenen Entscheides,
in Erwägung,
dass die vorliegende Beschwerde vom 8. Februar 2012 (Poststempel) nicht innert der 30-tägigen Rechtsmittelfrist (Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG), sondern klarerweise verspätet (Art. 44-48 BGG) eingereicht worden ist,
dass deshalb bereits aus diesem Grunde auf das offensichtlich unzulässige Rechtsmittel nicht einzutreten ist (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG),
dass zudem die Beschwerde vom 8. Februar 2012 den in Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG statuierten Formerfordernissen offensichtlich nicht zu genügen vermag, weshalb auch insoweit ein offensichtlich unzulässiges Rechtsmittel (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG) vorliegt (vgl. BGE 136 I 65 E. 1.3.1 S. 68 und 134 II 244 E. 2.1 S. 245 f.; s.a. BGE 123 V 335; 118 Ib 134; ARV 2002 Nr. 7 S. 61 E. 2; RKUV 1998 Nr. U 299 S. 337),
dass demzufolge auf die - insgesamt offensichtlich unzulässige - Beschwerde im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und b BGG nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten umständehalber verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
