The appellant withdrew his appeal to the Federal Supreme Court against the Solothurn Insurance Court’s decision of 19 June 2013. The president of the social law division therefore discontinued the proceedings and ordered that no court costs be levied. The order was communicated to the parties, the cantonal insurance court, and the Federal Office of Public Health.
Art. 71 BGG in conjunction with Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP; withdrawal of appeal and discontinuance of proceedings under Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG. Where an appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the case from the roll.
