Sintesi Omnilex

The appellant challenged a cantonal decision on family allowances, but the federal appeal was filed after the 30-day deadline and also failed to meet the formal requirements of the Federal Supreme Court Act. The First Social Law Division therefore did not enter into the matter in simplified procedure. Owing to the circumstances, it waived court costs. The decision was issued by the divisional president.

Massima Omnilex

Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG, Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG, Art. 108 BGG; an appeal filed after expiry of the statutory time limit and manifestly failing to comply with the formal requirements is obviously inadmissible and may be disposed of in simplified procedure by the division president. Where the circumstances so justify, court costs may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG.

Besetzung
Bundesrichter Ursprung, Präsident,
Gerichtsschreiber Batz.

Verfahrensbeteiligte
A.________,
Beschwerdeführer,

gegen

Familienausgleichskasse des Kantons Zürich, Röntgenstrasse 17, Postfach, 8087 Zürich,
Beschwerdegegnerin.

Gegenstand
Familienzulage (Prozessvoraussetzung),

Februar 2011,

in Erwägung,
