The Federal Supreme Court dealt with a social insurance appeal against a Zurich cantonal judgment concerning waiver and legal aid. After ordering an advance on costs and granting an additional deadline, the appellant still did not pay. The Court therefore, in simplified procedure, declined to enter into the appeal and ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 300. The decision was notified to the parties, the Zurich Social Insurance Court, and the Federal Office of Public Health.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und Abs. 2 BGG; non-payment of the advance on costs after expiry of the extended deadline leads to non-entry in simplified procedure. Where the appellant fails to comply with the order to pay the advance despite a grace period, the appeal is not examined on the merits. In such a case, court costs are imposed on the appellant pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 and 3 BGG.

in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer den Vorschuss auch innerhalb der Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat,
dass deshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und der Beschwerdeführer nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,
erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.

No. Because the advance was not paid within the extended deadline, the appeal could not be heard.
