The appellants challenged a decision of the Zug cantonal administrative court in a social-insurance matter, but their federal appeal lacked required attachments. Although the Court set a deadline to cure the defect, the deficiency remained unremedied when the deadline expired. The Federal Supreme Court therefore refused to enter into the appeal in simplified proceedings. It also waived court costs.
Art. 42 Abs. 5, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; failure to cure a formal defect within the judicial grace period leads to non-entry on the appeal. If required attachments are absent and the defect is not remedied by the deadline, the Federal Supreme Court may refuse to consider the appeal in simplified procedure. Pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG, it may waive the levying of court costs in the circumstances of the case.

dass deshalb androhungsgemäss vorzugehen und im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist, wobei in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt die Einzelrichterin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zug schriftlich mitgeteilt.
