P.________ challenged a St. Gallen social insurance court judgment before the Federal Supreme Court. The cantonal court had already upheld his complaint and annulled the RAV's objection decision. The Federal Supreme Court held that he therefore lacked an appealable interest and could not raise issues beyond the cantonal judgment. Because the submission also failed to meet the formal requirements, the court decided the case in simplified proceedings and did not enter into the appeal. No court costs were charged.
Art. 89 Abs. 1 lit. c BGG, Art. 82 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; appealability and scope of review after a successful cantonal appeal. Where the lower court has already upheld the appellant's complaint and set aside the challenged administrative decision, the appellant no longer has a legally protected interest in obtaining further review. Before the Federal Supreme Court, only matters that formed the subject of the cantonal decision may be contested. An appeal that lacks standing and does not satisfy the formal requirements is disposed of in simplified proceedings by non-entry; court costs may be waived.

in die Beschwerde vom 29. Oktober 2010 (Poststempel) gegen den Entscheid des Versicherungsgerichts des Kantons St. Gallen vom 28. September 2010, mit welchem in Gutheissung der Beschwerde von P.________ der Einspracheentscheid des RAV vom 19. April 2010 aufgehoben wurde,
in Erwägung,
dass, nachdem die Vorinstanz den bei ihr angefochtenen Einspracheentscheid aufgehoben hat, es dem Einleger offensichtlich an einer Beschwer gemäss Art. 89 Abs. 1 lit. c BGG fehlt,
dass er überdies vor Bundesgerichts nichts zum Streitthema erheben kann, was nicht Gegenstand des Entscheids der Vorinstanz (Art. 82 BGG) war,
dass deshalb die, überdies den Anforderungen nach Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG nicht genügende Eingabe vom 29. Oktober 2010 im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG zu erledigen ist,
dass auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons St. Gallen und dem Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The appellant lacked an appealable interest because the cantonal court had already granted his complaint and annulled the challenged decision.
Once the lower court had removed the objection decision, the appellant was no longer adversely affected within the meaning of Art. 89(1)(c) BGG.
