The Federal Supreme Court dismissed the appeal in a summary non-entry decision because the appellant's filing did not satisfy the reasoning requirements of Art. 42 BGG. The submission failed to show, even in outline, how the cantonal decision violated federal law or relied on manifestly incorrect fact-finding. Given the deficient reasoning and prior warnings, the court refused to enter into the merits and charged the appellant CHF 200 in costs.

An appeal must contain prayers for relief and a concise statement of reasons showing in what respect the challenged decision violates federal law; where factual findings are attacked, the complaint must specifically indicate manifest inaccuracy or legal error in the sense of Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG. A submission failing to meet these minimum requirements is not a valid remedy. In such a case, the Federal Supreme Court may decline to enter in simplified proceedings. Costs are borne by the unsuccessful appellant pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 and 3 BGG.

in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass die Beschwerde diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen offensichtlich nicht genügt, da den Ausführungen nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern das kantonale Gericht im Sinne von Art. 95 f. BGG Recht verletzt bzw. - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - den Sachverhalt gemäss Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG qualifiziert unrichtig oder als auf einer Rechtsverletzung beruhend festgestellt haben sollte,
dass deshalb kein gültiges Rechtsmittel eingereicht worden ist, obwohl das Bundesgericht den Beschwerdeführer auf die Formerfordernisse von Rechtsmitteln bereits wiederholt hingewiesen hat,
dass demzufolge im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und der Beschwerdeführer nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, und dem Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft (SECO) schriftlich mitgeteilt.
