The Federal Supreme Court, in a simplified procedure, did not enter into G.'s appeal against the Bern cantonal social insurance judgment because the filing lacked any proper request and did not sufficiently explain any legal or factual error. The request for free legal aid was rejected as the appeal was hopeless, and court costs of CHF 200 were imposed on G. The decision was communicated to the parties, the cantonal court, the beco Berner Wirtschaft, Arbeitsvermittlung, and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs.
Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG, Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; requirements for admissible appeal and non-entry in simplified proceedings. An appeal must contain a clear prayer for relief and a concise, substantiated explanation indicating in what respect the challenged decision violates federal law; mere criticism or unsupported assertions are insufficient. If the pleading manifestly fails to meet these minimum requirements, the Federal Supreme Court may decline to enter into the matter under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG. Where the appeal lacks prospects of success, legal aid is to be refused under Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG, and the unsuccessful appellant bears the costs pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 and 3 BGG.

dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass die Beschwerde diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, da sie keinen rechtsgenüglichen Antrag enthält und den Ausführungen nicht ansatzweise entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellung im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - unzutreffend und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die als querulatorisch zu betrachtende Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist,
dass das Gesuch um Kostenbefreiung wegen aussichtsloser Beschwerdeführung (Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG) abzuweisen ist und der Rechtsmitteleinleger nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, dem beco Berner Wirtschaft, Arbeitsvermittlung, und dem Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft schriftlich mitgeteilt.
