The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into a revision request against its prior judgment because the applicant expressly informed the court that he would not pay the ordered advance on costs. Applying the simplified procedure, the court held that non-payment justified non-entry. It also ordered the applicant to pay court costs of CHF 150. The decision was notified to the parties, the Cantonal Insurance Court of Solothurn, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG; non-payment of an ordered advance on costs after expiry of the set deadline leads to non-entry on the remedy. Where the applicant expressly declares that he will not pay, the court may decide in simplified procedure pursuant to Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a and Abs. 2 BGG. The unsuccessful party is chargeable with costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 and 3 BGG; the amount may be fixed summarily in the non-entry decision.

Nach Einsicht
in das Revisionsgesuch vom 12. August 2013 (Poststempel) gegen den Entscheid des Schweizerischen Bundesgerichts vom 7. Dezember 2011,
in die Verfügung vom 10. September 2013, mit welcher das Gesuch des K.________ um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege abgewiesen und er zur Bezahlung eines Kostenvorschusses von Fr. 800.- innert einer Nachfrist bis zum 24. Oktober 2013 verpflichtet wurde, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde,
in die Verfügung vom 8. Oktober 2013, mit der das Wiedererwägungsgesuch des K.________ betreffend die Verfügung vom 10. September 2013 abgewiesen und er aufgefordert wurde, innert nicht verlängerbarer Nachfrist von 10 Tagen seit Empfang dieser Verfügung einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 800.- einzuzahlen, anderenfalls auf die Beschwerde nicht eingetreten werde,
in Erwägung,
dass der Gesuchsteller dem Bundesgericht mit Schreiben vom 21. Oktober 2013 mitgeteilt hat, er bezahle den Kostenvorschuss nicht und könne die Sache nicht weiterführen,
dass deshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und Abs. 2 BGG auf das Revisionsgesuch nicht einzutreten ist und der Gesuchsteller nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,
Auf das Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 150.- werden dem Gesuchsteller auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Solothurn und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The court held that, because the applicant expressly stated he would not pay the advance on costs, the revision request had to be refused for non-entry.
Under Art. 62(3) BGG, failure to pay the ordered advance after the set deadline leads to non-entry; the case was decided in simplified procedure under Art. 108(1)(a) and (2) BGG.
