S.________ GmbH withdrew its appeal against the Zug Administrative Court judgment concerning additional equal social insurance contributions. Acting as instructing judge under the Federal Supreme Court Act, the Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the case from the docket. It also ordered that no court costs be levied. The order was served on the parties, the cantonal administrative court, the Federal Office for Social Insurance, and two named third parties.
Art. 32 Abs. 2, Art. 65, Art. 66 Abs. 2 and Art. 71 BGG in conjunction with Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP; withdrawal of the appeal and procedural discontinuance. Where the appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the proceedings from the list without examining the merits. In such a situation, the allocation of costs is governed by the applicable federal rules; the court may order that no judicial costs be levied. The discontinuance is issued in summary/instructional procedure by the competent instructing judge (consid. implicit).

in Anwendung von Art. 65, Art. 66 Abs. 2 sowie Art. 71 BGG in Verbindung mit Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP als Instruktionsrichter im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zug, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Kammer, dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen sowie X.________ und Y.________ zugestellt.
