T. filed a complaint with the Federal Supreme Court against a decision of the IV-Stelle Basel-Stadt. After being ordered to submit the prior-instance decision, he again failed to do so. The Court held that the challenged IV office decision was not an admissible object of appeal in disability insurance matters, because direct complaints lie only against Federal Administrative Court decisions or final cantonal decisions. In simplified procedure, the Court therefore did not enter into the complaint and waived court costs.
Art. 86 Abs. 1 BGG; admissibility of a complaint in disability insurance matters only against decisions of the Federal Administrative Court or of the last cantonal instance, not against a first-instance decision of the IV office. Where the challenged act is not an appealable object, the Federal Supreme Court does not enter into the complaint in simplified procedure under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a and Abs. 2 BGG. In such circumstances, costs may exceptionally be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 sentence 2 BGG (consid. 1).

in die Verfügung des Bundesgerichts vom 4. März 2014, mit welcher T.________ aufgefordert wurde, den vorinstanzlichen Entscheid spätestens bis am 17. März 2014 einzureichen, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe,
in die Eingabe des T.________ vom 7. März 2014, welcher wiederum kein vorinstanzlicher Entscheid beilag,
in Erwägung,
dass bei Streitigkeiten um eine Rente der Invalidenversicherung die Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten (Art. 1 Abs. 1 IVG in Verbindung mit Art. 62 Abs. 1 ATSG und Art. 82 ff. BGG) gemäss Art. 86 Abs. 1 BGG zulässig ist gegen Entscheide des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts (lit. a) oder letzter kantonaler Instanzen, sofern nicht die Beschwerde an das Bundesverwaltungsgericht zulässig ist (lit. d),
dass demnach die Verfügung der IV-Stelle Basel-Stadt vom 18. Dezember 2013, gegen welche sich der Beschwerdeführer in seinen Eingaben wendet, vor Bundesgericht kein zulässiges Anfechtungsobjekt darstellt,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten umständehalber verzichtet wird,
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, der IV-Stelle Basel-Stadt und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the complaint had a valid appealable object before the Federal Supreme Court
The IV office decision was not an admissible object of challenge before the Federal Supreme Court.
In disability insurance pension disputes, a complaint in public law is admissible only against decisions of the Federal Administrative Court or final cantonal instances, not against a first-instance decision of the IV office.
Whether court costs should be charged
Court costs were waived in view of the circumstances.
Because the case was dealt with in simplified procedure and the complaint was not entertained, the court dispensed with costs under the Federal Supreme Court Act.
