The Federal Supreme Court, sitting as a single judge in a simplified procedure, did not enter into the appeal in an old-age and survivors' insurance case because the appellants failed to pay the advance on costs even after the extended deadline had expired. The court therefore rejected the appeal as inadmissible and waived court costs. The judgment was notified to the parties, the Zurich Social Insurance Court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und Abs. 2 BGG; non-payment of the advance on costs after expiry of the extended deadline results in non-entry in simplified proceedings. If the appellant fails to comply with the order to pay the advance on costs within the additional time limit, the Federal Supreme Court may decide without full proceedings and dismiss the appeal from the roll for inadmissibility. Cost relief under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG is permissible where the circumstances justify waiving court costs.

in die Verfügung vom 24. April 2013, mit welcher M.________ und W.________ eine Frist von 14 Tagen zur Einzahlung eines Kostenvorschusses von Fr. 7'000.- angesetzt wurde,
in die Verfügung vom 13. Juli 2013, mit welcher das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege abgewiesen und M.________ und W.________ zur Bezahlung eines Kostenvorschusses innert einer Nachfrist von 10 Tagen ab Empfang (23. Juli 2013), somit bis zum 26. August 2013 (Art. 46 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG) verpflichtet wurden, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde,
in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführer den Vorschuss auch innerhalb der Nachfrist nicht geleistet haben,
dass deshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Einzelrichter:
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
