The claimant appealed against the cantonal judgment denying an invalidity pension. The Federal Court accepted the cantonal court's reliance on the expert opinions of the Institute X, held that they had full probative value, and found that the claimant remained fully capable of working in his former and in an adapted occupation. It also upheld the refusal to order further evidence and rejected the argument that subjective illness conviction or the diagnosed liver condition established disability. The appeal was therefore dismissed in simplified proceedings, and court costs of CHF 800 were charged to the claimant.

If the factual findings on work capacity are not unlawful or manifestly incorrect, they bind the Federal Court. Subjective illness conviction alone cannot found pension entitlement; where full work capacity is established, no invalidity pension is due. A refusal of additional evidence is permissible when further clarification could not alter the outcome.

In Erwägung,
dass T.________ Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten gegen den Entscheid des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Graubünden vom 30. Oktober 2012 betreffend den Anspruch auf eine Invalidenrente erhoben hat,
dass die Vorinstanz den Gutachten des Institutes X.________ vom 18. November 2008 und 7. Februar 2011 (mit Stellungnahme vom 22. September 2011) Beweiskraft beigemessen hat und gestützt darauf für die angestammte wie für eine andere angepasste Tätigkeit eine uneingeschränkte Arbeitsfähigkeit festgestellt hat,
dass die Gutachten des Institutes X.________ den Anforderungen an die Beweiskraft (BGE 134 V 231 E. 5.1 S. 232; 125 V 351 E. 3a S. 352) genügen und sich die Experten u.a. nachvollziehbar mit abweichenden psychiatrischen Auffassungen sowie mit den Morbiditätskriterien gemäss BGE 130 V 352 E. 2.2.3 S. 354 f. auseinandersetzten,
dass die Vorinstanz den rechtlichen Gehalt (vgl. BGE 137 V 64 E. 4.1 in fine S. 68; 131 V 49 E. 1.2 S. 50 f. mit Hinweisen) dieser Kriterien nicht verkannt hat, zumal die Begleitung des Sohnes zu Fussballspielen möglich und somit ein sozialer Rückzug nicht vollständig ist, weiter die diagnostizierte Hepatopathie ohne Auswirkung auf die Arbeitsfähigkeit ist und namentlich eine subjektive Krankheitsüberzeugung keinen Rentenanspruch zu begründen vermag (vgl. Art. 7 Abs. 2 ATSG),
dass der Verzicht auf weitere Abklärungen somit in zulässiger antizipierender Beweiswürdigung (BGE 136 I 229 E. 5.3 S. 236; 134 I 140 E. 5.3 S. 148; 124 V 90 E. 4b S. 94) erfolgt ist,
dass die vorinstanzliche Beweiswürdigung und Sachverhaltsfeststellung betreffend die Arbeitsfähigkeit weder auf einer Verletzung von Bundesrecht beruhen, noch offensichtlich unrichtig sind (vgl. BGE 132 V 393 E. 3.2 S. 397 ff.; SVR 2009 IV Nr. 53 S. 164, 9C_204/2009 E. 4.1, nicht publ. in: BGE 135 V 254), weshalb sie für das Bundesgericht verbindlich bleiben (Art. 105 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG),
dass bei diesem Ergebnis ein Rentenanspruch ausgeschlossen ist (Art. 28 Abs. 2 IVG),
dass die Beschwerde offensichtlich unbegründet ist und daher im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 109 Abs. 2 lit. a und Abs. 3 BGG erledigt wird,
dass der Beschwerdeführer als unterliegende Partei die Gerichtskosten zu tragen hat (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
Die Beschwerde wird abgewiesen.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Graubünden und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
