The appellant challenged a cantonal insurance court's non-entry decision before the Federal Supreme Court. The appeal brief did not satisfy the statutory reasoning requirements because it did not explain in a legally cognizable way why the cantonal decision was wrong. In simplified procedure, the President declared the appeal inadmissible without granting a remedy period. The court also waived court costs in view of the circumstances.

A federal appeal must contain, in concise form, prayers for relief and reasons showing how the challenged decision violates law. Mere dissatisfaction with the lower-court ruling is insufficient. If the submission manifestly fails to meet these minimum requirements, the court may decline to enter without setting a time limit to cure the defect. Under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG, costs may exceptionally be waived in view of the circumstances.

dass die Eingabe vom 5. Juni 2009 diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, da den Ausführungen nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern der angefochtene Nichteintretensentscheid rechtsfehlerhaft sein soll (Art. 95 ff. BGG; vgl. BGE 123 V 335),
dass - ohne Ansetzung einer Nachfrist zur Verbesserung (BGE 134 II 244) - im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten umständehalber zu verzichten ist,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Aargau und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
