The appellant appealed a cantonal social insurance decision to the Federal Court. After being ordered to pay an advance on costs by an extended deadline, he failed to do so. The president therefore issued a simplified non-entry decision and waived court costs. The decision was communicated to the parties, the cantonal social insurance court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; non-payment of the advance costs after expiry of the additional deadline leads to non-entry on the appeal in simplified procedure. Where the appeal is not entered into for this reason, the court may waive the collection of court costs pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG. The non-entry decision is rendered without examination of the merits; the decisive circumstance is the unfulfilled procedural prerequisite despite prior warning (consid. 1).

in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer den Vorschuss auch innerhalb der Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat,
dass deshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
