The appellant withdrew her federal complaint in a disability insurance matter. The Swiss Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings from the docket in summary procedure and waived court costs. The decision was issued by a single judge of the II Social Law Division and notified to the parties, the cantonal court, the compensation office, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.
Art. 71 BGG in connection with Art. 73(1) BZP; Art. 32(2) BGG: withdrawal of the federal complaint leads to striking the case from the docket in summary procedure. Where the appeal is withdrawn, the Federal Supreme Court terminates the proceedings without a merits review. Costs may be waived under Art. 66(2) BGG, particularly where the circumstances so justify; the waiver of costs is a discretionary procedural consequence and does not affect the substantive rights previously at issue.

dass in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
verfügt der Einzelrichter:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft, Abteilung Sozialversicherungsrecht, der Ausgleichskasse für das schweiz. Bankgewerbe und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
