The Federal Supreme Court held that the appellant's filing did not satisfy the reasoning requirement for an appeal against a cantonal non-entry decision, because it addressed only the merits and not the admissibility issue. In simplified proceedings, the Court therefore did not enter into the appeal. It also waived court costs.
Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; appeal against a non-entry decision must specifically challenge the refusal to enter into the case. A submission that merely argues the substantive merits of the underlying dispute lacks sufficient subject-matter reasoning and is inadmissible. In such a constellation, the Federal Court may refuse to enter in simplified proceedings; if the conditions are met, it may dispense with court costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG (consid. 1).

in die Beschwerde vom 9. September 2010 (Datum des Poststempels) gegen den Nichteintretensentscheid des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Bern vom 10. August 2010,
in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass nach der Rechtsprechung eine Beschwerdeschrift, welche sich bei Nichteintretensentscheiden lediglich mit der materiellen Seite des Falles auseinandersetzt, keine sachbezogene Begründung aufweist und damit keine rechtsgenügliche Beschwerde darstellt (vgl. BGE 123 V 335; 118 Ib 134; ARV 2002 Nr. 7 S. 61, C 60/01 E. 2),
dass die Beschwerdeführerin in keiner Weise darlegt, weshalb die Vorinstanz auf die Beschwerde hätte eintreten sollen,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
