The Federal Supreme Court noted that the appellant had clarified he did not wish to appeal the cantonal Insurance Court judgment of 11 September 2013, but rather to file a new complaint against a later insurer decision. The file was sent back to the cantonal insurance court so it could clarify the status of the alleged objection decision and, if appropriate, treat the submission as a complaint under the Social Security Act. In Erwägung,
dass das Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Solothurn mit Entscheid vom 11. September 2013 nicht auf die Beschwerde des N.________ gegen die Verfügung der Assura-Basis SA vom 21. August 2013 eintrat, wobei die betreffende Eingabe nach Eintritt der Rechtskraft ihres Erkenntnisses als Einsprache dem Krankenversicherer zu überweisen sei,
dass der Entscheid N.________ am 14. September 2013 zugestellt wurde (persönliche Empfangnahme),
dass N.________ am 28. Oktober 2013 beim Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Solothurn Beschwerde "auf Einspracheentscheid der Assura Krankenkasse" erhob,
dass ihm das Gericht mit Schreiben vom 31. Oktober 2013 mitteilte, der Entscheid vom 11. September 2013 sei in Rechtskraft erwachsen bzw. die Frist zur Beschwerdeerhebung an das Bundesgericht sei abgelaufen,
dass N.________ mit Eingabe vom 4. November 2013 erklärte, es liege ein Missverständnis vor; seine Beschwerde vom 28. Oktober 2013 sei ein neuer Fall und richte sich gegen den Einspracheentscheid der Assura Krankenkasse,
dass das kantonale Versicherungsgericht die Unterlagen zuständigkeitshalber dem Bundesgericht übermittelte,
dass in der Folge bei der II. sozialrechtlichen Abteilung ein Beschwerdedossier (unter der Verfahrens-Nr. 9C_828/2013) eröffnet wurde,
dass N.________ auf entsprechende Anfrage mit Eingabe vom 30. November 2013 (Poststempel) klar gestellt hat, er habe nicht Beschwerde (in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten) gegen den Entscheid des solothurnischen Versicherungsgerichts vom 11. September 2013 erheben wollen, sondern "neu" Beschwerde gegen den Einspracheentscheid der Assura Krankenkasse "nach dem 11. September 2013",
dass es somit offensichtlich am Beschwerdewillen hinsichtlich einer Anfechtung des Entscheids des Versicherungsgerichts des Kantons Solothurn vom 11. September 2013 fehlt und demzufolge das Verfahren gestützt auf Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG infolge Gegenstandslosigkeit mit Verfügung des Instruktionsrichters abgeschrieben werden kann,
dass die Sache dem kantonalen Versicherungsgericht zu überweisen ist, damit es abkläre, wie es sich mit dem erwähnten bisher nicht eingereichten Einspracheentscheid verhält und je nachdem die Eingabe vom 28. Oktober 2013 als Beschwerde im Sinne von Art. 56 Abs. 1 ATSG entgegennehme und materiell behandle,
dass von der Erhebung von Gerichtskosten abzusehen ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG),

verfügt der Einzelrichter:

Das Verfahren wird als gegenstandslos vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.

2.

Die Unterlagen werden an das Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Solothurn überwiesen, damit es im Sinne der Erwägungen verfahren kann.

3.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

4.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Solothurn und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
