che il gravame, di conseguenza, si rivela manifestamente tardivo,
che il ricorrente non ha fatto valere elementi suscettibili di giustificare una restituzione del termine inosservato (art. 50 LTF),
che, statuendo secondo la procedura semplificata di cui all'art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. a LTF, il ricorso dev'essere di conseguenza dichiarato irricevibile,
che in applicazione dell'art. 66 cpv. 1 seconda frase LTF, non si prelevano spese giudiziarie,
per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:
