The heirs filed an administrative law appeal against a Bern social insurance arbitration court judgment, then withdrew it by letter of 26 July 2005. The Federal Insurance Court therefore struck the appeal from the docket as withdrawn. It imposed no court costs, ordered repayment of the CHF 500 advance on costs, and awarded the respondent CHF 750 in party compensation including VAT. The decision was sent to the parties, the cantonal arbitration court, and the Federal Office of Public Health.
Withdrawal of an administrative law appeal; the proceedings are discontinued without a merits ruling. In the event of withdrawal, the appeal is removed from the docket; as a rule, no court costs are levied, the cost advance is to be refunded, and the withdrawing appellants may be ordered to pay the opposing party a party compensation for the federal proceedings (cf. consid. 1).

In Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführer die am 27. September 2004 gegen den Entscheid des Schiedsgerichts in Sozialversicherungsstreitigkeiten des Kantons Bern vom 13. September 2004 erhobene Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde mit Schreiben vom 26. Juli 2005 zurückgezogen haben,
dass die Beschwerdeführer der Gegenpartei eine Parteientschädigung zu bezahlen haben (vgl. AHI 1994 S. 181 f. Erw. 4a mit Hinweisen),
beschliesst das Eidg. Versicherungsgericht:

Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde wird als durch Rückzug erledigt vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Den Beschwerdeführern wird der geleistete Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 500.- zurückerstattet.
4.
Die Beschwerdeführer haben dem Beschwerdegegner für das Verfahren vor dem Eidgenössischen Versicherungsgericht eine Parteientschädigung in der Höhe von Fr. 750.- (einschliesslich Mehrwertsteuer) zu bezahlen.
5.
Dieser Entscheid wird den Parteien, dem Schiedsgericht in Sozialversicherungsstreitigkeiten und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit zugestellt.
