The Commune of X. withdrew on 29 June 2006 its administrative appeal against the judgment of the Cantonal Social Insurance Court of Fribourg of 13 October 2005. The Federal Insurance Court therefore struck case K 204/05 from the docket. It further ordered that no court costs be charged. The decision was communicated to the parties, the interested insurers and individual, the cantonal court, and the Federal Office of Public Health.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal; the appellate court removes the case from the docket and, absent special reasons, does not levy court costs. The withdrawal renders the appeal proceedings moot and terminates them without a substantive ruling on the merits (consid. 1-2).

que par lettre du 29 juin 2006, la Commune de X.________ a déclaré retirer le recours de droit administratif qu'elle avait interjeté le 30 novembre 2005 contre le jugement rendu le 13 octobre 2005 par la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal administratif du canton de Fribourg,
par ce motif, le Tribunal fédéral des assurances décide :
1.
La cause K 204/05 est rayée du rôle ensuite du retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice.
3.
La présente décision sera communiquée aux parties, à M.________, à Avenir assurances, Martigny, à la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal administratif du canton de Fribourg et à l'Office fédéral de la santé publique.
