The complainant challenged the Schwyz prosecutor’s assumption of a criminal case from Thurgau, but he withdrew his complaint on 18 August 2015. The Federal Criminal Court therefore struck the complaint proceedings off as concluded. In view of the withdrawal, the complainant had to bear the costs, which were fixed at the statutory minimum of CHF 200.
Art. 41 Abs. 2 StPO; withdrawal of a complaint before the Federal Criminal Court's complaints chamber terminates the proceedings without substantive review. Upon withdrawal, the case is to be struck off as concluded; the complainant bears the costs under Art. 428 Abs. 1 StPO. Court fees may be set at the statutory and regulatory minimum pursuant to Art. 73 StBOG and Arts. 5 and 8 Abs. 1 BStKR.

Die Beschwerdekammer zieht in Erwägung, dass:
die Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Schwyz mit Verfügung vom 27. Juli 2015 das gegen A. durch die Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Thurgau geführte Verfahren wegen bandenmässigen Diebstahls etc. übernahm (act. 1.1);
A. dagegen mit Beschwerde vom 3. August 2015 an die Beschwerdekammer des Bundesstrafgerichts gelangte (act. 1), die Beschwerde jedoch mit Schreiben vom 18. August 2015 zurückzog (act. 5);
der Rückzug der Beschwerde den Rechtsstreit beendet, weshalb das Beschwerdeverfahren als erledigt abzuschreiben ist (vgl. Beschluss des Bundesstrafgerichts BG.2014.39 vom 19. Februar 2015);
bei diesem Ausgang des Verfahrens der Beschwerdeführer die Kosten zu tragen hat (Art. 428 Abs. 1 StPO);
diese auf das gesetzliche und reglementarische Minimum von Fr. 200.-- festzusetzen sind (Art. 73 StBOG und Art. 5 und 8 Abs. 1 BStKR).

Demnach erkennt die Beschwerdekammer:
Das Beschwerdeverfahren wird zufolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde als erledigt abgeschrieben.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 200.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
