The administrative court lacks jurisdiction to hear an appeal against a disciplinary warning issued to such an employee. Such jurisdiction cannot be inferred either from the transitional implementing regulation of the LTA. Distinction is drawn between disciplinary sanctions and pecuniary claims, the latter falling within administrative jurisdiction where the statutory conditions are met.

Le TA n'est pas compétent pour connaître d'un recours dirigé contre un avertissement infligé à un employé des Transports publics genevois
