Le pharmacien qui délivre à maintes reprises des préparations interdites, soit des gélules amaigrissantes contenant une hormone thyroïdienne (art. 1 al. 1 RMA) ainsi que des préparations contenant des substances dont l'association est interdite (art. 1 al. 2 RMA) et qui soustrait astucieusement à toute investigation un ordonnancier affecté uniquement aux préparations précitées, commet de graves manquements professionnels justifiant sa radiation du registre des pharmaciens pour une durée de 3 mois .
