The Administrative Court granted an application to correct the dispositive part of one of its judgments. It considered that the mistake was a calculation error that was not immediately apparent but was nevertheless manifest. On that basis, the court held that rectification was possible at any time and admitted the correction.

A correction proceeding is admissible where the error is objectively ascertainable from the file and the judgment itself, and where the requested correction does not amount to a substantive review of the merits but merely restores the court’s actual intent (consid. unspecified). The temporal admissibility of rectification is not restricted by ordinary deadlines when the defect is a patent clerical or computational mistake.
