interposta al decreto d’accusa n. DA 150/2004 di data 19 gennaio 2004 del AINQ 1;
considerato che nel corso del dibattimento l’accusato ha dichiarato di ritirare la propria opposizione;
richiamato l’art. 210 cpv. 3 CPP;
decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli e il decreto d'accusa diventa esecutivo.
§ L'incarto è ritornato al AINQ 1 per quanto di sua competenza.
La tassa di giustizia in Fr. 30.00 e le spese per complessivi Fr. 50.-, relative alla presente decisione sono a carico dell'opponente.
