Ritenuto che per ragione di competenza “ratione valoris” il ricorso avrebbe dovuto

essere indirizzato alla Seconda Camera civile del Tribunale di appello.

Considerato che quando un atto è indirizzato ad un’Autorità giudiziaria incompetente, quest’ultima è tenuta a trasmetterlo d’ufficio a quella competente.

Richiamati al proposito gli art. 8 e 126 CPC,

d e c r e t a : 1) Il ricorso 11 novembre 1996 della __________, nella vertenza di cui sopra, è trasmesso d’ufficio, unitamente all’incarto completo, alla Seconda Camera civile di appello.
