During the proceedings, the appellant withdrew the appeal after the fund issued a new decision granting the requested relief. The President of the Cantonal Insurance Court held that the case had become moot, struck it from the docket, waived court fees and expenses, and ordered the fund to pay CHF 500 in party compensation to the appellant.
