letti ed esaminati gli atti;

visto che la parte convenuta precisa di aver emesso in data 28 gennaio 2000 e 4 febbraio 2000 quattro nuove decisioni con le quali vengono integralmente accolte le conclusioni dell'atto di ricorso e vengono annullate le precedenti decisioni qui impugnate;

visto lo scritto 8 febbraio 2000 del rappresentante del ricorrente che comunica il proprio assenso allo stralcio della causa (III);

ricordato che, ai sensi dell'art. 3/a cpv. 1 della Legge di procedura per i ricorsi al Tribunale cantonale delle assicurazioni in materia di assicurazioni sociali, l'Autorità amministrativa può, fino all'invio della sua risposta, riesaminare la decisione impugnata;

rilevato che di conseguenza il gravame è divenuto privo di oggetto;

decreta 1. il ricorso di cui sopra è stralciato dai ruoli;

  1. non si percepiscono né tasse né spese; la Cassa convenuta verserà alla parte ricorrente a titolo di ripetibili l'importo di fr. 400.--;

intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
