The President of the Pretura penale in Bellinzona dealt with an appeal filed by a redacted appellant. Territorial competence; if the acts under review are shown to have been committed in another canton, the seized court must not proceed on the merits but strike the matter from the docket and transmit the file to the competent authority (consid. 1). In such a case, no court costs are levied where the decision merely orders removal from the roll and transfer of the record.
