The appellant appealed a 14 January 2000 decision of the Cantonal Compensation Fund concerning supplementary benefits. Before the respondent filed its answer, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 13 April 2000. The Tribunal held that the matter had become moot, ordered the case struck from the docket, and decided that no court fees or costs would be charged.

vista la lettera 13 aprile 2000 della parte ricorrente che comunica il ritiro del ricorso;
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
