The appellant withdrew an appeal against a 13 March 2002 decision of the Cantonal Compensation Fund concerning supplementary benefits. The Ticino Cantonal Insurance Court, sitting through its delegated judge Ivano Ranzanici, held that the case had become moot and ordered it struck from the roll.
