The appellant challenged a 20 October 1998 accident-insurance decision before the Ticino Cantonal Insurance Tribunal. rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
