The appellant challenged a municipal order requiring connection of a dwelling to the sewer network, confirmed on administrative appeal by the Cantonal Council of State. After the proceedings had been suspended, the appellant’s lawyer informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The Administrative Court therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no court fees or expenses be levied.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal; once the appellant withdraws the remedy, the proceedings are exhausted and the appeal is struck from the docket. In the absence of a substantive decision, no court fees or costs are levied where the court so orders.

visto il decreto di sospensione della causa di data 20 dicembre 1994;
preso atto che con comunicazione 15 febbraio u.s. il patrocinatore della ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il gravame 27 settembre 1994;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
