The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal concerning a parish tax for 1989. After the parish notified the court that it was withdrawing its appeal in light of subsequent legislative amendments, the court struck the case from the docket. It also ordered that no court fees or expenses be charged. The decision was issued by the Tribunale cantonale amministrativo in Lugano on 15 February 1996.
