The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal concerning a parish tax for 1989. After the appellant withdrew the appeal in January 1996, the court struck the case from the roll. It further ordered that no court fees or expenses be collected.
Art. 3, 18, 28, 31, 60, 61 PAmm; withdrawal of an administrative appeal: where the appellant expressly retracts the challenge, the court may strike the proceedings from the docket without addressing the merits.
