The appellant challenged a decision of the Commission on socio-psychiatric assistance. At the hearing before the Ticino Administrative Court, the appellant withdrew the appeal subject to an amendment to the therapeutic plan providing for a future review and greater liberties if no relapses or breaches occurred for three months. The court held that the withdrawal ended the proceedings, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be collected.

statuendo sul ricorso 13 agosto 1997 di
contro
la decisione 7 agosto 1997, no. 639/97 della Commissione giuridica in materia di assistenza sociopsichiatrica;
preso atto che in occasione dell’udienza 25 agosto 1997, dopo discussione, su proposta del Giudice Delegato il ricorrente ha dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso alla seguente condizione:
"9) Il presente piano terapeutico verrà riveduto nel senso di concedere al signor __________ maggiori libertà a condizione che non si verifichino ricadute o trasgressioni di nessun genere delle clausole sovrastanti nei prossimi 3 mesi a contare dal 25 agosto 1997."
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito,
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
