The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a GIAR decision confirming immigration detention ordered for removal under Art. 13b(1)(c) LDDS. Before the court could rule on the merits, the appellant's counsel notified the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The court therefore struck the case from the docket and held that the proceedings were terminated. It further ordered that no court fees or costs be collected.
Appeal withdrawn; the court strikes the proceedings from the docket once the appellant declares withdrawal.
