The appellant appealed the State Council's decision upholding the municipality's refusal of a building permit for a fence on agricultural land. Before the administrative court decided the case, the appellant withdrew the appeal on 1998-07-09. The court therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no fees or costs be charged.

preso atto che in data 9 luglio 1998 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
